Spotlight: Timothy Oliver

This month’s spotlight features Tim Oliver, partner and member of our firm’s corporate and transactional group. As the leader of our firm's trademark practice, Tim helps dentists establish and protect their brand through trademark rights. For startup practices, he provides clearance services to ensure that his clients avoid infringing trademarks of existing businesses. He has prosecuted numerous trademark applications and represented clients in proceedings before the United States Patent & Trademark Office. When it comes to enforcement, Tim draws from his litigation experience to counsel clients through either side of an infringement claim. He also analyzes the validity of trademark rights for his clients in due diligence for purchasing other businesses.
