Spotlight: Amy Grogan

In this month’s spotlight we are featuring one of our firm’s founding partners, Amy Grogan. Amy works with dentists and dental service organizations in a wide range of practice areas with a particular focus on employment matters, dispute resolution, regulatory investigations and compliance. Amy is a skilled litigator and business advisor with extensive experience advising DSOs, group practices and individual dentists in a wide range of corporate and regulatory matters. As the leader of the firm’s employment and litigation practice groups, Amy counsels our health care clients through complex business and employment litigation, contractual disputes, non-compete and non-solicitation issues, fraud and deceptive trade practices, unfair competition, partnership disputes and other business and individual interests in both state and federal court at both trial and in arbitration.
