Seth joined the firm in 2025 as part of the Corporate practice team. He helps advise clients on various matters including mergers, acquisitions, entity formation, and corporate governance. In addition, Seth also assists senior attorneys with matters involving residential & commercial real estate.



Prior to joining the firm, Seth worked as an Associate Attorney for a local practice handling residential real estate transactions. While in law school, he also clerked for multiple other practices handling municipal law, estate planning, and Social Security administrative hearings.


Outside of the office, Seth enjoys working out, reading, being outdoors, and spending time with friends and family.
