Spotlight: DDSLawyers.com Our new logo and website is here!

This month's spotlight is on the introduction of our new logo and brand, DDSLAWYERS.COM, which represents our firm's continued focus on the needs of dentists and dental service organizations. 

As many of you know, I have centered my practice on the representation of dentists ever since my father sold his dental practice almost ten years ago. It was my privilege and honor to assist him with transitioning his life's work to a local group practice that carried on his tradition of excellence in dentistry and compassion for his patients. As the grandson of a dentist who served in the U.S. Army during World War II, and as the son and brother of two exceptional dental professionals, I am particularly aware of what dentistry means and the opportunities it affords each of you and your families. 

Since the sale of my father's practice, our firm has evolved and grown considerably to include almost a dozen lawyers and other legal professionals focused on representing dentists and dental service organizations from startup to sale. Our team has vast experience in many areas, including Practice Startups, Practice Transitions, Employment and Partnerships, Real Estate, Restrictive Covenants, Dispute Resolution, DSO/DMO Organization, and Estate and Tax Planning.
