GHU's Jordan Uditsky and Amy Galvin Grogan Address COVID-19 and Other Issues Before Chicago Dental Society

In a May 1, 2020 Zoom presentation to the Chicago Dental Society, Grogan Hesse & Uditsky partners Jordan Uditsky and Amy Galvin Grogan addressed the disruptions and challenges to dental practices caused by COVID-19, financial support available through the Paycheck Protection Program, and related human resources issues. 

Amy Galvin Grogan discussed how the pandemic and responsive legislation impacts family and medical leave for dental practice employees, contracts with dentists, and CDC guidelines, among other matters. Jordan Uditsky gave an overview of the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP), including guidance on how practices can use PPP loan proceeds for payroll, rent, utility, and mortgage payments, how to maximize loan forgiveness, and changes to recordkeeping requirements.
